Terrence Shamblin’s major achievements as the Vice President of Operations include: - Developing and managing new and existing business that produced 24% growth within the first eight months. He has successfully led Rocky Mountain Foods’ executive team directing strategic planning and cost focus in multiple operations, grew Meijer Manufacturing in a 5 year period from $30M to over $250M, and reduced labor and product cost by $10M at Kroger through his procurement and lean principles. His efforts in the past one year led to many accomplishments in the overall business, QA, operations, purchasing, product development, logistics, and commercialization including branding. Here, he was responsible for the strategic planning and leadership of 12 Dean’s Food (dairy) plants for the west coast manufacturing operations region with full P&L responsibility. This included leading a new technology start-up food processing business.
